Volunteer Opportunities

Event Setup/TakeDown: Setting up banner displays, assisting in the setup of the red carpet, and removal and setup of tables and chairs. Setup and takedown of the Red Carpet.

Hospitality: Check-in event ticket holders in different areas of the event, meet and greet all event attendees and provide information.

Exhibitor Village: Assists vendors with set up/take down of display booths, Assists with set up/take down of networking events and seminars not limited to chairs, tables, and or equipment assistance. Assist with the Revolucion photo booth area. Maintain cleanliness of areas.

VIP Lounge: Verify badges of VIP guests.

Regency Room & Imperial Room: Assists with set up/take down of networking events, panels, and seminars not limited to chairs, tables, and or equipment assistance.
